The Daily Chop
A hypothetical marketing & branding task to help a butcher sell unpopular chunks of meat - such as cheek, tongue or trotters. A concept to wrap meat in newsprint does not only upcycle meat and paper but also tradition.
Wrapping meat in paper brings me back to my Polish roots when back in the 80s there were food shortages. No food was wasted, not even cow tongue that I wouldn't dare to eat now.
